The main assumption of the project was to maximize the space to make the room functional, comfortable and spacious. The apartment has only 35.5 square meters. This is a quite small space, but the blessing, in this case, was the height of the ceiling. The ceiling is more than 4m high, which was just right to create an additional place in the mezzanine floor.
